For decades, Montanans have elected our State Supreme Court Justices in non-partisan elections. This ensures that the Montana Supreme Court is independent from the partisan political pressure of the Executive and Legislative branches. Today, some politicians in the legislature are trying to play politics with the State Supreme Court – but we won't let that happen! 

The role of the Montana Supreme Court is to uphold our state constitution. Created by a group of Montana citizens from across the political spectrum, the Montana State Constitution represents the best of our state, enshrining shared Montana values like the right to privacy, the right to a clean & healthful environment, and the right to participate in our government. Let's preserve Montana for generations to come by defending a fair, impartial, and independent court today!
